I am American of Italian decent, and I personally love a good piece of steak with a side of potatoes or a chicken parm. American and Italian cooking is in my genes. I can work with the spices and elements without question and I aim to transform classics into an upscale dish. As my experience grew, I learn to work with the robust flavors of Asian cuisine. I continue to experiment at home, perfecting some complicated dishes.
