Private Catering

 

Are you hosting a large party and don't want to deal with the stress of cooking? Ever wish you can tell a restaurant your budget and they will accomodate your needs?

 

I am available for hire for up to 150 people. My service with start with a free consultation, as we work together to come up with a menu. I encourage all my clients to reach out with questions. You will have my personal email and cell phone, so you may contact me as needed.

 

I will then draft a contract, including menu and service specifics to ensure we are on the same page from start to finish. 

Personal Chef Services

 

Do you want to eat better? Are you tired of the same-old take out food? Do you want to spend more quality time with your family and less time in the kitchen and grocery store?

 

If so, hiring a personal chef might be the right choice for you. You can choose if you'd like me to come in routinely or as needed. We can work together to determine you and your family's likes and dislikes in advance.

 

I am also open to cooking food you provide, whether you fish, hunt or just have a specific food preference.

Cooking Lessons

 

Do you watch cooking shows and wish you could create the same meal? Does your child show interest in cooking and want to learn from a chef?

 

As cooking shows become more popular, both adults and children have shown more interest in increasing their culinary skills. I have trained staff, friends, and family. I am very patient and optimistic as a teacher. I work great with children as well.
